Cosmetic transform might cover some of it. Alternatively, you could wade out into the treacherous waters of the Variable Power Pool, and set appropriate limitations.
There is no convienient way to set up a cantrip-D&D style in Hero. I've tried
Images for the illusion type stuff (changing colors etc) Change environment for the random schmutzing (making things taste better, cleaning things ,etc.) Transforms for creating the fragile items.
Heavy limitations on their uses and all linked together for a power cost of something more powerful then a cantrip should be (D&D style)
