Spell help

There is no cantrip spell in HERO. (ie no spell for doing a variety of semi-useless crap)

How could we simulate it? Suggestions?

It could be a slot or a bundled standalone. If it's a slot, the slot AP cost would have to cover the VPP size (5 AP), and the VPP control cost would either add to that AP total or be a separate (i.e. standalone) cost.

Slots in a VPP in a MPP... oy vey... might work... I'll look into it. If I do it this way it might be the only spell I allow to be created in this manner.

Can I put my MPP points into my VPP and use that to create a sub-MPP?
