The Case of the Friendly Neighbours
The only players in this game were Draco (John) and Anc (Donald).
For the time period that this game occured the other characters were doing as follows: Romas & Meg were visiting Head Office in Washington, Terra was looking for a kitten, and Emilio was handling an adultery case.
NPCs
Sandra (nee Wigney) & Ross Casey - Sandra is Gerald's daughter, they are concerned that Gerald is being milked for money by the Zuulians.
Gerald Rosevelt Wigney -Paralized elderly multi-millionaire who has recently joined the Zuulian Brotherhood. Made his money on the stock market. Widowed a decade ago.
Anotonella Artuso, Siam North & Celeste Tomec -Members of the Zuulian Brotherhood who recruited Gerald and are now living in his house. Anotonella is Gerald's girlfriend. They all have white hair and happy alien tattoos.
Brother Zuul & The Traveller - Rael from the Raelians... just go from there.
Jacob - Donald's contact at the Archives, specializes in eserotic and ancient texts. very tall with brown/grey hair in a pony tail, likes spicy foods, laid back, two girlfriends (dated a Zuulian in university), tattoos all over his body,
Summary
Monday 22 Febuary 1993
- Donald was sent in from Head office to NYC. He met Hank and John as the others were out of the office.
- Sandra & Ross hire them to dig up dirt on the Zuulians who had move in with Sandra's father so that they could get him out of the cult
- They went out to John's bar where the bar tender suggested Ghostbussters as a Zuulian, Donald's friend Jonas had some more information on the cult.
- D & J did some research into the cult, some suspicion of fraud but nothing proven
Tuesday 23 Febuary 1993
- visit Gerald, John does surveillance (fails stealth roll and photography roll), Donald goes inside where he meets the Butler, Gerald and his girlfriend Anontonella. House is being redecorated in early UFO chic.
- Donald finds out that Gerald is the author of "Astrology and the Stock Market" in the 80's and has been in contact with Anotonella and the Zuulians for a few years even though they only moved in a few months ago, he claims to have made his money using astrology and gives D his book
- Anotonella is enthusiastic about explaining Zuulian beliefs (and suducing) to Donald, she eventually chops off his expensive tie in order to give his soul freedom.
- Donald manages to keep a straight face and trys to get the butler to talk.. but the butler thinks he's hitting on him.
- further research into the Zuulians reveals a weird but up front cult
Wednesday 24 Febuary 1993
- They visit Sandra and disccover that Sandra and Ross hired 6 other detective agencies before them and that they came up with basically the same results that Gerald was kooky but not being ripped off any more than any other old man with a young girlfriend
- They return to the office to find that Anotonella and her fellow Zuulian Celeste have tracked them down. Celeste is flirting with Hank who is smitten. Donald is concerned. Anotonella reveals that the previous detectives were ripped off by Ross who is going bankrupt. She cuts off Donald's tie again.
- They go back to Sandra who gets upset and throws them out. They terminate contract.
Thursday 25 Febuary 1993
- Ross defaults on payment after delivery of the report, the office starts talking to lawyers and head office
