The case of the Golden Bowl - Part II
Thursday Febuary __ 1993
- John did a walk by on Antonio's appartment building and noted lots of people carrying weapons openly, this freaked him out, he did not see that when he returned later
- Emilio made arrangements with his contact at Yellow Cab to let him know when Antonio or Nicholas called a cab, then he borrowed a cab for the stake out... cost $$
- Terra hacked the phone company from a hotel room and collected a list of incoming and out going calls from Antonio's apt
- Romas visited Lenora to get her to come clean, if she didn't he was going to terminate the contract, she explains to him that Antonio was attempting to become Prince but she didn't know what the terms prince or outcaste meant, the bowl wasn't for divining... it held a wrathful soul which would possibly seek revenge on her if released, Romas explained that Antonio had attempted to force oath on Lenora and her hatred gave him a head ache via his empathy, She agreed to help get someone into the building
- Emilio and John stake out building, John sees moth person but Emilio thinks he's nuts
- Romas visits Terra, lets her know that he knows what she is, Terra agreed to go with Lenora into the building
- E & J see Antonio & Nicholas leave the building and follow them to Dana Galo's office, J see's gargoyle with gun... E doesn't
- Terra & Lenora go into the apt building (bluff), pick lock to penthouse & break in, open the window to let R in
- R flew to building, landed on balcony and the three searched the apt, T heard a noise in the bedroom, the safe was open and the bowl on top of it, Lenora was blinded by the magic glow, R grabbed the bowl, invisible theif pulled it back, R grabbed theif who turned out to be moth girl, moth girl tried to bargain but was scared by R, jumped out window, clipped her wing and fell, R chased after her and caught her
- A & N left Galo's office, N had a shiner, went back to apt, E & J called a warning ahead then staked out the apt and saw J catching moth girl, J faced down fey goon and won,
- L & T try to escape, T gets them to hide as A&N arrive, Antonio goes out on the balcony, Nicholas searches the apt, T&L hide behind curtain
- R returns with unconcious moth girl, puts her on roof, attacks Antonio, grabs him and takes off,
- N pulls aside curtain and T threatens him with gun, N runs away, T & L escape down stairs
- E & J pick T & L up at phone booth, R threatens to drop A over city unless A agrees not to bother L again, A eventually agrees but threatens R as he flies away
- Everyone ends up at office to talk things over, R explains fey to rest, and shifts, J throws up and starts drinking, Meg takes care of moth girl, E takes L home, moth girl turns out to be Prince Dana Galo's granddaughter, R takes moth girl home
Friday
Invitation to go to Prince Dana Galo's office, she has an office decorated with mundane weapons, magical weapons, books and paintings of war, two red leather coches and a big desk, low red lights, she has six arms that are always moving, she both thanks and threatens them, allows them to do business for now as loong as they don't cross her path, she is chair of the NYC fey council, they are allowed to leave
Lenora pays well, and gives gift of rope with defensive magic on it.
