Sssssh, ya don't have to yell! I'll send it tonight or tomorrow morning.

Redistributing the points from the things you nixed (SPD 4 and the Mafia boss contact) and a couple of other things works for me... boosted DEX to 20 (because nothing else is DEX), added a 10-point Universal SL, and fiddled with contacts a bit. I kept the 2-weapon skill cuz it's neat and suts the character concept. If you've seen the movie The Usual Suspects, you'll have an idea of the kind of gun-fu I have in mind.

Btw, on reading up on combat, a Very Cool Thing caught my eye: Bounce. This requires use of a CSL (which my USL can stand for), and lets one hit a target by a ricochet. Just so you know that I may well want to use this (it's one heck of a surprise to get shot while behind cover!)
